Summer Mindfulness: Teens, Teachers and more!

Registration is now open for Summer Classes!   Mindfulness for Teens, a course designed for ages 13-15, will be offered on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00-4:30 PM.  Dates for classes are June 5, 12, and 26, July 10, 17, 24,  and 31.   Click Here for more information and a link to registration.

Mindfulness for Teachers is scheduled for  June 5, 12, & 26; July 10, 17, 24,  & 31, and August 7&14.  Time:  9:00am-11:30am.   The course is offered to fulfill educator CEU’s, and is scheduled during summer mornings to accommodate teacher summer schedules.  Relevant readings are offered for teachers,  in addition to the regular MBSR curriculum.

You don’t have to be a teacher to be in this class!  This course can be taken by anyone interested in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.  The full MBSR course is at the core of this summer class.  Anyone interested in mindfulness who prefers a daytime class can benefit from this course, so don’t hesitate to register!
