Greetings after our two week gap! Today we will continue to explore how we can be more aware of ourselves by tuning in to our senses. We will practice guided moving meditation with gentle stretching, and awareness of body sensations available during movement.
Week 5 Reflection: We will spend some time in class reflecting on the experience of moving meditation. You are invited to use the following images and guided recording as guides for practice between classes. In your notebook jot down your responses to these practices.
