
Winter 2024 MBSR is underway! We will be connecting experientially to…the inherent human capacity to pay attention to what is happening in the present moment, without judgement and discover how this is linked with less suffering and better functioning in everyday life. We will practice tuning in to life through present moment awareness of sight, hearing, sense of smell, sense of taste, overall body sensations and thinking. Each participant will discover personally how this can reduce stress and improve quality of life. This empirically supported course, learning community and teacher will enable you to establish a mindfulness meditation practice that can last a lifetime!
