It’s hunting opener…if you’re a graduate of MBSR and are  wondering where you can take refuge, come the the MBSR All Day Retreat 9:00am-4:00pm  Saturday, November 5, 2011.

Location:  Calvary Lutheran Church 2508 Washington Ave. SE

Time:  9:00am-4:00pm

Bring a bag lunch; water bottle; dress in layers, etc.

At 1:00 we will change locations to First Lutheran Church Bemidji,  where we will walk the labyrinth and conclude the day.
