Fall 2012 MBSR Monday Evening Class

Fall 2012 MBSR begins tonight at 6:00.  Anyone who hasn’t had orientation is welcome to join in on the first class, and I’ll meet with you afterward to provide orientation information.

No new registrations after tonight.

WEEKLY CLASSES:

Mondays, September 10 and 17  2012 6:00pm-8:30pm

Mondays, October 8, 15, and 22 2012 6:00pm-8:30pm

Mondays, November 5, 12, and 19 6:00pm-8:30pm

Saturday, November 10, 2012  all-day session 9:am-4:pm

COST:

$295 tuition includes all 10 class sessions (28 hours of instruction),

a set of  4 cd’s, for home practice, weekly handouts and a copy of

the text, Full Catastrophe Living, by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
