Fall is soon approaching and I will be offering an MBSR class Monday evenings 6:30-9:00 beginning with  Orientation and Registration on September  27 and ending November 22, the Monday before Thanksgiving.   Be sure to save Saturday November 13 for the all day retreat, an important component of the class.   Classes will all be held weekly at the United Methodist Church Upper Room at 9th and Beltrami.

How about  a daytime class?  Let me know!  I can arrange to teach Tuesdays from 11:00-1:00 this Fall if I hear that there is interest!
