• Required Orientation: Monday January 31, 2010 6:00p.m.to 7:00pm
• Classes: Monday Evenings, February 7, 2011 through March 28, 2011 6:00pm to 8:30pm
  
• All Day Retreat: Saturday, March 19, 2011 9:00am to 4:00pm
  

Place:

• All classes are held in the Upper Room at  United Methodist Church
• 9^th and Beltrami, in Bemidji.
• Signs will be posted within the building  to guide you to the classroom. (elevator available)

Cost: The fee of $295 includes:

• All 10 class sessions (above)
• A set of 4 meditation home practice cd’s,
• Weekly handouts to support home practice
• The text book, Full Catastrophe Living, by Jon Kabat-Zinn
