This is just a reminder that the required Orientation for Winter MBSR (scroll down to see schedule) will be tomorrow, Monday January 31, 6:00 to 7:00pm at United Methodist Church.  Signs will be posted to guide you to the Upper Room, where the orientation and all classes are held.   E-mail me if you have questions about the class!  Geri
