Its time again for a whole day of guided mindfulness practice on Saturday, November 10, 2012. Everyone who has taken MBSR in the past is welcome to join this day of practice. Bring a lunch to eat mindfully, dress comfortably, in layers, and show up just a bit early so you can get your bearings and settle in before we begin. Coffee, tea and water will be provided, along with some healthy snacks. We will start promptly at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm. The class will be held at First Lutheran Church Labyrinth Room.
