Happy New Year! Hey, lets be careful about those New Years Resolutions. A year is a huge chunk of time. Before you sign on the dotted line, consider some mindfulness-based approaches to change:
- Set a direction, not a goal
- Feel free to make wise “in-flight corrections” as you move in your chosen direction
- If it all falls apart, laugh and begin again.
- And again.
- And again.
