Registration is now open for Fall, 2019 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week, evidence-based course that, for 35 years, has offered training in the skills that are needed to slow down, pay attention, and be your best self. Stress is reduced, and everyday functioning is improved. The course has benefitted hundreds of people in the Bemidji area over the past 12 years, and many thousands worldwide. MBSR teaches focused attention, moment to moment presence, compassion, and gentle persistence through various meditation approaches. As these skills are acquired, they become resources that are available anywhere in your life, including work!
A limited number of partial scholarships are offered to area teachers through Peacemaker Resources .
Any adult, young or old, can benefit from this class!
